• Cleedee acts as a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider and Data Processor under EU GDPR.
• The specific business offering the job vacancy (the hiring employer) is the sole Data Controller responsible for defining recruitment criteria, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.

3. Hosting & Security

All candidate application data submitted through this platform is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), and stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in London, United Kingdom. The application pages are delivered through Vercel's global content network; application data is sent directly from the candidate's browser to Cleedee's servers in London.

4. Disclaimer of Employment Involvement

Cleedee is not an employer, co-employer, or party to any employment contract resulting from applications submitted through this platform. Cleedee assumes no liability or responsibility for hiring decisions, employment practices, or candidate selections made by the hiring business.
