SCOPE OF JOB

The main purpose of this role is to deliver food & drinks orders to guest rapidly and accurately to maximize

guest satisfaction by ensuring that Company standards and targets are achieved.

***Main Responsibilities ***

· Deliver orders from kitchen/bar to guest table

· Communicate with Food Expeditor for smooth workflow

· Assist the floor staff to clean and set up tables if appropriate

· Carry dirty dishes & utensils to pot wash if appropriate

· Polish cutlery, glassware and restock stations

· Follow all relevant Health & Safety Protocols & Policies

· Attend job specific trainings

· Attend team communication meetings

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• F&B basic knowledge

• Excellent knowledge for English & Greek language

At least 1 year of previous experience in F&B operations
