What we're looking for
As Sous Chef at Ethimo Restaurant in Nicosia, you will be instrumental in supporting the Head Chef in all kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality Mediterranean cuisine.
Your responsibilities include overseeing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and maintaining impeccable standards of hygiene and food safety.
You will be proficient in various cooking techniques, possess strong organizational skills to manage workflow, and be capable of stepping in to run the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
Contributing to menu development, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient service during busy periods are also key aspects of this role.
