What we're looking for
Develop and manage the wine program, including the selection, procurement, and inventory of wines.
Create and update the wine list, ensuring a diverse and high-quality selection that complements our menu.
Provide expert wine recommendations and pairings to guests, enhancing their dining experience.
Conduct wine tastings and educational sessions for staff to improve their wine knowledge and service skills.
Oversee the proper storage and handling of wines to maintain their quality and integrity.

Manage wine inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing wines in the cellar.

Stay informed about industry trends, new wine releases, and emerging regions to keep our wine program current and innovative.

Build and maintain relationships with wine suppliers, distributors, and producers.

Assist in the planning and execution of wine-related events, such as tastings, pairings dinners, and wine festivals.
