COR Gastronomy is a casual fine dining restaurant in Amathus, Limassol, founded by Chef Chris Theofanous with the team behind Salt and Fire. Everything we serve is cooked over live fire fed by Cypriot olive and lemon wood: dry-aged steak, seafood and vegetables, with a wine list of more than 150 labels from Cyprus and around the world. We are a small kitchen and a tight dining room, and every pair of hands here matters. We look for people who care about the craft, treat guests and colleagues with warmth, and want to grow with us.
