Join our team at CITO as a Call Center Officer
What we're looking for
The Officer's main duties include receiving and processing inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers concerning their delivery status, tracking information, and scheduling.
They must accurately log all interactions and coordinate with the dispatch and logistics teams to resolve delivery delays, address incomplete orders, and manage change requests efficiently.
This position requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all delivery routes, procedures, and service level agreements to provide correct information and excellent customer service.
Work Schedule
Shifts available: 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm
