Waiter/Waitress

Role: Front-of-house team member delivering warm, energetic service in a fast-paced, casual pizzeria environment.

What you'll do:

• Welcome guests and create a genuine, friendly first impression
• Take orders, explain the menu (dough, toppings, pairings) with enthusiasm
• Deliver food/drinks promptly, checking in without hovering
• Keep tables, service stations and the floor clean and guest-ready
• Work closely with kitchen and bar to keep pace during busy shifts
• Handle bill settlement and basic POS operations accurately
• Jump in wherever needed — this is a hands-on, team-first floor

What we're looking for:

• A natural people-person with a positive, easygoing attitude
• Comfortable in a lively, high-energy environment
• Team player who pitches in without being asked
• Basic English + Greek (additional languages a plus)
• Prior hospitality experience helpful but not essential — attitude matters more

- Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and ready for the next guests in a timely manner.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions with care.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace.
