As a Pizzaiolo A / Cook A at Biga Neapolitan Pizza in Old Nicosia, you will master the art of artisanal pizza making, managing the signature "biga" fermentation and high-heat oven baking. You will lead station setup, craft authentic Neapolitan pizzas, and manage a premium inventory of high-quality Italian and local ingredients. Working in a vibrant, specialized kitchen, you will maintain meticulous food safety standards and collaborate closely with the team to deliver an exceptional, high-quality dining experience.
